Shipping Policy — Vint Kart

At Vint Kart, we handcraft and curate each product with love and ship it worldwide with care.

1. Order Processing Time

Every product at Vint Kart is either Ready-Made or Made-to-Order / Handcrafted.

• Ready-to-Ship Products (Home Decor, Crystal Decor, Glassware, Standard Clothing): 2 to 5 working days processing time.
• Customized & Handcrafted Products (Custom Jewellery, Custom Medieval Armor, Wooden Crafts, Custom Clothing): 7 to 15 working days processing time, as each piece is made specially for you by our artisans.
• Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and US Public Holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Charges

We offer Worldwide Shipping through our trusted courier partners: DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Aramex.

Transit time starts after the processing time is complete. Shipping charges and estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout before you pay.

We offer Free Shipping on selected products and on orders above a certain amount during promotional periods.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your order anytime using that link.

If you do not receive your tracking email within the processing time, please contact us at support@vintkart.com with your Order ID.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders (outside USA):

• Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other fees levied by your destination country are NOT included in our product price or shipping charges.
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer upon arrival in your country.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in your country.
• Please check with your local customs office for more information about these charges.

5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct. Vint Kart is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. Re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier company to locate your package.

If your package is confirmed as lost by the courier company, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund as per our policy.
