We sell physical goods including: Fashion Clothing & Accessories, Medieval & Fantasy Costumes and Props, Customized Jewellery, Gemstone Jewellery, Home Decor, Wall Decor, Crystal Decor, Glassware, and Handcrafted Wooden Craft Products. We operate on a Make-to-Order and Ready-to-Ship model.

2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and prices accurately. In case of a pricing error or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Customized Jewellery and Clothing prices may vary based on customization, material, and gemstone selection. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

For Customized Products: Order processing will only begin after final design approval via email.

4. Payments

We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through encrypted third-party payment processors (Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal). We do not store your full card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping Policy

We offer Worldwide Shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

• Processing Time: 2–7 business days for ready products. 7–15 business days for Customized Jewellery and Handcrafted Wooden / Medieval items.
• Transit Time: 7–20 business days depending on destination country.
• Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be applicable in your country and are the customer's responsibility.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (Merchant Compliant)

Your satisfaction is important to us.

• Non-Custom Products (Clothing, Home Decor, Glassware, Crystal, Wooden Crafts): You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Customer will bear return shipping cost.
• Customized Jewellery, Custom Clothing, Medieval Made-to-Order Items: These are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective on arrival.
• Damaged/Defective Item: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video at support@vintkart.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product designs, photos, text (Vint Kart), is the property of VINT GLOBAL LLC and is protected by US copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any content without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to upload viruses, or to engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vint Kart and VINT GLOBAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect academic or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier companies.
